Types of Consulting

Many of East Bridge Consultants' grant writing and proposal projects are performed by Paul on a solo basis. These projects often require a quick turn-around. Their success always relies on Paul's knowledge and understanding of the client organization, its programs, and the communities it serves.

Project Management
To keep projects on track, Paul Oostenbrug draws on his background in health care program development and grant/proposal writing. He uses a "manage by project" model, a system he learned while working on major projects for health care clients. He maintains a project calendar complete with timelines to ensure that all deliverables meet the anticipated deadlines. East Bridge Consultants receives client approval before progressing to the next stage of any engagement.
